Acceptance of Terms

This website provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notifying the users.  When utilizing the services offered at this site, the user is subject to follow all rules and guidelines implemented by the website.  All such guidelines or rules are incorporated by reference into the TOS.  If you disagree with any portion of the TOS, please do not use our website.

Service Provided

Eastcoastpuppies.com provides users with puppy purchasing, puppy locating, and pet product purchasing services. The user must understand and agree that these services may also include advertisements from third-parties and that these advertisements are necessary in the continuation of Eastcoastpuppies.com to provide services to the user.  The user understands and agrees that all services provided are "AS-IS" and that D&G’s Petite Pups assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

All expenses incurred while accessing or obtaining the services of the website such as Internet service provider fees or other third party charges, are the users own and D&G’s Petite Pups is in no way responsible for the fees.  In addition, all necessary equipment required to access these services must be provided by the user.

Member Security

Upon completion of our registration form, the user will set up a password and membership account.  It is the responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of the password and account.  Furthermore, the user is to be held fully accountable for all activities performed through their account.  Each user of this site agrees to notify Eastcoastpuppies.com of any breach of security involving their personal account.  D&G’s Petite Pups will accept no liabilities incurred by the user from a breach in security involving the users’ personal account.

Modifications

These terms and conditions may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice to the user.  Disagreements with these terms and conditions should result in discontinued use of our website.

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

Use of Eastcoastpuppies.com is acknowledgement that Eastcostpuppies does not pre-screen third party advertisers, and therefore will assume no responsibility for any fraudulent advertisers/ advertisements.  Furthermore, Eastcoastpuppies cannot and does not guarantee the legitimacy and reliability of third-party dog listings, which includes the health, condition, and overall “fit-for-sale”-ness of puppies sold through third-parties.  All guarantees must be made through the private seller and buyer.  Eastcoatpuppies will only be held responsible for the health of the puppies sold by their company. 

There is no warranty that our website will always be available for use, be without error, meet any set standard, or that any defects or bugs found within our site will be corrected in a timely manner, if at all.

Eastcoastpuppies.com does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided on this website nor is this information intended to replace or supersede professional opinions and suggestions.  East coast puppies will not be held liable for losses or damages incurred from reliance on information provided on this site.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any damages, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, such as loss of profits, loss of business, or litigation, incurred from any way relating to or arising from our site.

Indemnity

The user understands and agrees to indemnify and hold East coast puppies  and all its’ affiliates harmless in any liability, claim, demand, loss, and expense, which includes, but is not limited to, all attorneys’ fees, which may arise from use of this website and violation of the TOS.

Resolution of Disputes

These TOS are governed by the laws of New Jersey, and the user must agree to all applicable laws.

The user also agrees that all disputes between the user Eastcoastpuppies, with the exclusion of right infringement claims we pursue against the user, shall be settled only through confidential and binding arbitration as per defined by the American Arbitration Association.  Arbitration of all claims will be on an individual basis.  Each party involved in arbitration shall be responsible for their own lawyers’ fees and will bear exactly one half of the arbitration fees and related costs.  All arbitration will take place in New Jersey.

Dissolution of Terms of Service

All parts of these terms and conditions will be considered legally binding unless deemed otherwise by a court of competent jurisdiction.  In the event that some part of the TOS are found to be somehow unenforceable, that particular part only will be eliminated or edited to the minimum extent necessary to ensure that the remainder of the TOS is legally binding and valid.

Obscene Material

Eastcoastpuppies is not responsible for any obscene or offensive material that may be posted on our website.  However, obscene materials should be reported to us so that they matter may be investigated.  We reserve the right, however, to opt not to review or remove said content.

How to Contact Us

Fill out the necessary information under the ‘Contact Us’ portion of our website.  Someone will respond to your concern within a 24hour period (72 hours on the weekends).
